Warranty Limitations

Product & Material Defects

Our workmanship warranty covers labor and installation only. Issues related to product defects — such as cracking, fissures, or manufacturer finish failures — are covered under the product manufacturer’s warranty, not by Tradehaus.

Misuse, Damage & Improper Care

Damage caused by impact, chemical exposure, or cleaning products not approved for natural or engineered stone surfaces is excluded from coverage.

Moisture & Environmental Exposure

Natural stone can be sensitive to prolonged moisture and UV exposure. Damage caused by environmental factors outside installation conditions is not covered.

Unauthorized Repairs & Modifications

Any modifications or repairs performed by a third party void the warranty.

Third-Party Trades or Incidental Damage

If other contractors or trades cause damage to the flooring before, during, or after install (e.g., paint crews, plumbers), that’s not our responsibility and not covered under this warranty.

Product & Material Defects
