Soil Movement & Environmental Factors

Natural settling, groundwater shifts, subsidence, or erosion are not covered under a workmanship warranty.

Post-Construction Impact

Work performed on the site after Tradehaus’s scope is complete—including grading changes, trenching, heavy equipment traffic, or foundation work—voids coverage.

Pre-Existing Soil or Drainage Conditions

Failures caused by existing soil instability, poor drainage, or high water tables that were not discoverable before excavation are excluded.

Structural or Engineering Changes

If the project design, elevations, or engineering plans change after site prep is complete, any required rework is outside warranty scope.

Unauthorized Alterations

Any modifications to pads, trenches, compaction zones, or utility pathways without Tradehaus review or approval voids related coverage.
