Coverage does not extend to hardware malfunctions or failures that originate from manufacturer defects. These issues must be resolved through the device or equipment maker’s warranty process.

Any devices, cabling, or components not provided and installed by our team are excluded from coverage. This includes pre-installed systems, reused wiring, or third-party equipment.

Damage resulting from lightning strikes, flooding, fire, pests, or electrical surges—including those caused by unstable utility power—is not covered under our workmanship warranty.

If any part of the system is altered, disconnected, relocated, or serviced by individuals outside of our team, the warranty becomes void for the affected areas.

Connectivity or performance issues stemming from weak Wi-Fi, router limitations, service provider outages, or insufficient bandwidth are not covered under our workmanship terms.

Failures or disruptions caused by automatic updates from device manufacturers or third-party apps (e.g., Google, Apple, Ring) are excluded from warranty claims.

User-maintainable items such as remote batteries, smoke detector cells, time-based system resets, or app settings adjustments are the responsibility of the property owner or manager.
