Our workmanship warranty covers labor and installation only. Issues related to product defects—such as warping, delamination, or manufacturer finish failures—are covered under the product manufacturer’s warranty, not by Tradehaus.

Damage caused by pet activity, dragging furniture, burns, heavy impacts, or general neglect is not covered. Use of unapproved cleaning agents or failure to follow care instructions will also void coverage.

Cupping, buckling, or warping caused by excess moisture—whether from spills, flooding, plumbing leaks, or high humidity—are excluded. Flooring must be kept within recommended humidity and temperature ranges.

We do not cover damage from subfloor settling, foundation movement, or structural shifts that impact flooring integrity but fall outside of our installation control.

Any repairs, alterations, or modifications made by anyone other than an authorized Tradehaus professional will void the warranty.

If other contractors or trades cause damage to the flooring before, during, or after install (e.g., paint crews, plumbers), that’s not our responsibility and not covered under this warranty.
