Our workmanship warranty covers the work we complete — including clearing, grading, excavation, trimming, and debris removal within the defined scope. Natural regrowth, soil movement, or changes to site conditions over time are not covered.

Warranty Limitations

Workmanship Only

Our warranty applies solely to the workmanship performed at the time of service — including clearing, trimming, debris removal, grading, excavation, and trenching completed within the defined scope.

Natural Conditions & Environmental Changes

Vegetation regrowth, soil settling, erosion, groundwater shifts, weather events, or other natural changes occurring after completion are not covered under the warranty.

Post-Project Modifications

Any site alterations made after our work is complete — including construction traffic, utility installation, landscaping, or additional excavation — void the workmanship warranty.

Access & Site Constraints

Areas inaccessible due to terrain, obstacles, or safety restrictions may require adjusted scope. Work performed within those constraints is excluded from warranty obligations.

Third-Party Activity

Damage or changes resulting from work performed by other contractors, equipment, or property activity after our scope is completed are not covered.

Workmanship Only
